This could mean extra demands on the job. It could even mean no job. Update your resume, just in case. This time will be especially significant the older you are. It is important to review your achievements and look at how solid your foundations are, the more solid the more achievement you will be able to make. If you have cheated your way to the top this is the time you may be found out or brought down. Areas where you have spent your energies will become a lot more productive and people will start to look to you for leadership in the years to come.
