What Progressions Reveal

Your progressed chart (secondary progressions) maps your inner psychological and spiritual evolution since birth. Using the symbolic formula "a day for a year," it shows how you've matured internally — not what events happen to you, but how you're changing as a person.

Day-for-a-Year Formula

Each day after your birth represents one year of life. If you're 35 years old, your progressed chart shows planetary positions from 35 days after your birth.

Progression Speeds by Planet

Sun: ~1° per year · Moon: ~12–13° per year · Mercury, Venus, Mars: variable, sometimes retrograde · Outer planets: very slow, often remain in the same sign for decades
