Maturity as Liberation
North Node conjunct Saturn places you at the threshold of a specific unfamiliar task: learning that maturity is not punishment, but the ground on which real authority stands. You take on responsibility, sometimes too much, sometimes reluctantly, and then feel trapped by the very boundaries you needed to set. You say yes to the difficult path, then resent the discipline it requires. What's actually happening is that you're learning the difference between obligation (which crushes) and commitment (which clarifies). When you choose something consciously and then honor that choice through difficulty, something shifts: the structure becomes yours instead of something imposed on you.
Where you're likely to stall: you may assume that if something feels hard, you're doing it wrong. You may also confuse self-compassion with lowering your standards, then swing back into rigidity.
