The Neptune person operates in the register of dissolution, permeability, and symbolic meaning; the Part of Fortune person moves through the register of natural momentum, circumstantial ease, and tangible opportunity. These two orbit perpendicular frequencies, one dissolves boundaries, the other consolidates them into flow.
