When the Mercury person speaks, asks questions, or introduces ideas into the relational space, the Part of Fortune person experiences this as interruption to their sense of flow. They do not intend obstruction, they are simply following the logical thread, but the Part of Fortune person's contentment requires a kind of settled attention their restlessness disrupts. The Mercury person thinks in branches; the other person thinks in arrival.

The Part of Fortune person may notice that whenever the Mercury person engages them in conversation about money, values, or practical security, something clicks out of place.
