9 of Swords
“Do not feel ashamed of being traumatized. Chin up! Conquer your pains.“
This is the card of nightmares, fears, and despair. The card depicts the image of a man holding his head in his hands. It seems as if he is distressed over a nightmare. The nighttime, flying bats, and the overall atmosphere indicates his fear, anxiety, and depression. The hanging swords symbolize the pessimism and negative thoughts occupying his mind.
The bats symbolize his ability to navigate through the dark and release all the fears crushing his soul and stifling his growth. They bring encouragement to trust his abilities. When the nine of swords card appears, it suggests you let go of your fears. You are overly stressed because of something, and this stress is ruling your life at this moment.
You have to calm your nerves and rise above the demons of negativity that are weighing you down. The card reminds you that your thoughts drive your actions. If you keep thinking negatively about yourself, it might turn right. Break the shackles of negativity to free yourself. You are constantly thinking over the same thing, and it is keeping you up till late. Now you must replace pessimism with positivity and feel good about yourself.
The draw of this card brings divine support and guidance for you. You are not alone in life. You only need to identify your supporters and well-wishers. You have to see beyond your fears to see the beauty of life.
The reversed nine of swords hints at your inner turmoil. This turmoil is the result of your mindset. Your fears have caged you and are stopping you from unleashing your potentials. It is the time to get a reality check to come out of the spiral of despair, shame, and guilt. If you do not mend your behavior now, you are prone to severe mental health issues.
